Contest Overview

Celebrate Mother’s Day with us! Enter for a chance to win a Mother’s Day Gift basket. No purchase necessary to enter. Entries must be submitted through the official entry form on the Value Drug Mart and Apple Drugs website.

Contest Dates
The contest begins on April 27, 2025, at 12:00 AM (Mountain Time) and ends on May 10, 2025, at 11:59 PM (Mountain Time).

Eligibility

• Participants: Open to residents of Alberta who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• Prize Pickup Requirement: The Winner must be able to pick up the prize in person at the participating location. The prize will not be shipped.

• Excluded Participants: Employees, directors, officers, and representatives of Value Drug Mart and Apple Drugs locations, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and members of their household, are not eligible to participate.

Entry Requirements

• How to Enter: Visit www.valuedrugmart.com or www.appledrugs.ca and complete the official entry form in its entirety. Only entries from listed participating locations will be accepted. Only one entry per person and per email address is permitted. 

• No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is required to enter the contest.

Prize

• Prize Description: One (1) prize package will be awarded. The contents and value of the prize may vary by location but will be of comparable value.

• Prize Conditions: The prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions or shipping of the prize will be permitted.

Winner Selection and Notification

• A random draw will be conducted on or about May 12, 2025, from all eligible entries received.

• The selected winner will be contacted via the contact information provided on the entry form.

• If the selected winner cannot be reached within 5 business days or is unable to pick up the prize in person, an alternate winner may be selected.

Privacy and Data Collection

• Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest.

• By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

• The name and/or photo of the winner may be published for promotional purposes by Value Drug Mart and Apple Drugs.

Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants release Value Drug Mart, Apple Drugs, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any liability related to participation in the contest or the awarding and use of the prize.

General Conditions

• By participating, entrants agree to abide by these official rules and all decisions of Value Drug Mart and Apple Drugs, which are final.

• Value Drug Mart and Apple Drugs reserve the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules.

• Value Drug Mart and Apple Drugs reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest in the event of any unforeseen circumstances, including technical issues or fraud.

Participation in this contest constitutes full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these official rules.
