We all know that we need to brush our teeth to get rid of built-up plaque, but how many of us really take care of our teeth properly?
Here are some tips to help ensure you keep your teeth healthy for a very long time.
- Take 3-4 minutes to brush your teeth and try to brush each tooth individually.
- Floss in between your teeth after brushing.
- Rinse your mouth with an anti-plaque mouthrinse to get rid of any remaining plaque that has been loosened by brushing and flossing.
- Visit your dentist regularly.
